To give you our undivided attention, it is best to make an appointment with one of our expert stylist.
We schedule our appointments 60-90 minutes. We are not a salon that will rush you out the door when your time is up. Selecting a wedding gown is an important process so we want you to feel relaxed and not pressured.
Gown shopping is an intimate time so bring your closest family or friends to add to your special day. Tulle can seat up to 4 guests comfortably. If you have a larger party please call us so we can accommodate your needs. You might consider booking a VIP appointment.
VIP Appointments: Are you looking for an extra special shopping experience?
Our VIP appointments entail having the store closed to you & your party for two hours, two bottles of champagne or mimosas, specialty food or desserts (dependent on your taste), a special gift, and 10% off your gown, mother of the bride, and bridesmaids.
You bridal stylist will have a pre-appointment consultation with you so that when you arrive we can
have gowns pulled ahead of time based on your taste. Invite family and friends to make a social shopping event. We believe that buying your wedding gown should not feel like any other shopping trip.
To book your VIP appointment call to arrange your private experience. Costs $275
Your consultant will be popping in & out of the dressing room to help you into each gown. So, please wear something you are comfortable in. Light colored undergarments, strapless bra, and Spanx (if desired) are suggested.

Skype or Face time is a perfect solution for those that can’t be with you. Make a special date with your love ones to be ready in case you find the one and need their help in making your big decision!
We ask that you do not bring food/drink into the boutique, unless previously discussed with our staff. Please inquire if you would like to have champagne provided for your appointment.
Dresses can take up to 4-6 months to produce, since it is being made to order. When you factor in shipping and alterations, it could be a 6-9 month total process. We suggest deciding on a dress 6-9 months prior to your wedding date, so you have time built in for fittings and accessorizing. There are rush options for weddings under 6 months, but rush fees do apply.
If you have immediate needs the outlet will be the perfect choice as we always have gowns that you can buy off the rack. No stress when you visit Tulle!
All gowns need alterations to give it a perfect fit for your wedding day. Tulle has recommended seamstresses in the local vicinity that you can choose to go to.
We accept all forms of payment (cash, check,
credit card). We prefer that you pay for your gown in
full. If you prefer to break up the cost a 60% deposit is required
to order your wedding gown and the remainder is due upon arrival of your order. Dresses sold "off the rack" must be paid in full.
No exchanges or credits.
Please note that if you are reserving an appointment time on a Sunday, you will be required to leave a credit card on file. Like a salon or spa, we require 48 hours notice of a cancellation so we can fill the appointment slot, otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
