About Victor Harper

Victor Harper is inspired by the musings of feminine sophistication and elegance. The collection weaves together glamour, refinement and drama into silhouettes that mold and flatter the body. Their gowns are offered in an assortment of exclusive fabrics that include Silk Satins, Mikado and Organza. Each style is embellished with beading and embroidery patterns that are hand drawn by the designer and crafted in an array of Austrian crystals, pearls and trims unique to the Victor Harper Collection.

Heidi Janson is the founder and inspiration behind Tulle Bridal & Brides Across America (BAA), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization she founded in 2008 to give back to military & first responder brides. 

Brides Across America has become my life's work and has proven immensely rewarding. When you start seeing the transformation in brides and the hope you're giving, it's inspiring. We're giving them their dream come true and a moment in time they will always remember.
